Trevor has a very diverse background, from being a stockman in the gulf of Carpenteria, jockey, truck driver, wards man and armed guard through to having a professional career in casework and professional safety including as the safety manager on the Port Waratah K7 Wharf Extension.
Trevor has been heavily involved in business and business development throughout these roles and provides consultation services to many NSW based businesses in business development and safety from start ups, marketing, staff selection and training. Trevor has been a National Trainer for UGL servicing all of Australia and New Zealand developing and delivering targeted training.
Trevor was also a Workcover accredited trainer in General Safety, Safety Management for Supervisors and Construction Induction. Trevor has consulted to companies such as Joblink Plus, Mitubishi Australia Plant Services, UGL, Bechtel, Laing O’Rourke, Hydro and Hydro Norsk, researched and developed training programs for at risk work groups that were highly successful.
Trevor is heavily involved with Harpers Legal staff proving on the job training in practice management and stress reduction. He has also developed training packages for OOHC case workers on legal aspects using the solicitors as content experts.
Trevor’s knowledge and ability to plan then engage with the stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes is invaluable to Harpers Legal current and continued success.
Outside of work Trevor is dedicated to spending time with his wonderful wife and three children. Trevor enjoys watching sports, fishing and helping those he cares about to achieve life goals.
