Sophie joined the firm in August of 2019 after graduating from a Double Degree in Law and Arts (Politics). Sophie now practises primarily in the area of Family Law, Wills and Estates, and Conveyancing.
Sophie grew up in regional NSW and has a bright, down to earth, and caring personality. Sophie is passionate about the Law and Social Justice, and is eager to help her clients in arriving at a practical and amicable solution to their legal problems. Individuals who are working through family law issues are often going through a highly emotional and stressful period of their lives. Sophie therefore aims to navigate her clients through this period and assist her clients in achieving the best possible outcome as quickly and as painlessly as possible.
Since relocating to the Newcastle region from Armidale NSW, Sophie has emersed herself in the local sporting competitions and is fully embracing the active Newcastle lifestyle. When not at work Sophie enjoys walking on the beach, going to the gym, and hanging out with her friends and family.
